Default Statement of intention to marry question

For the evidence of intention to marry. Do I have to type something and the sign and post to my fiancée or will printing signing and then scanning with my signature be sufficient? I don’t want to delay my application another two weeks by posting if I don’t have too. Also any other evidence we should submit for our intention to marry. We haven’t picked a venue yet as don’t know when it will be.

any advice appreciated. We just really want to file before Christmas

My understanding is that the letters of intent should be original signatures (not scans).

You could send it via UPS or Fed Ex so it doesn't take as long. Costs more, though.

You can try including a scanned copy and see what happens, but then be prepared for an RFE if they come back and ask for an original.

Do I need to put my middle name on the letter or just first and last name?

Either way, I don't think it matters.
