Default ???Starting I-129f & Need Help!!!!!

I have a few Questions about filling out the form any help would be greatly
appreciated....

1.On the I-129 form it ask for the number of the birth certificate, date and place it
was issued. I got a new birth certificate last year and was wondering if the
numbers wanted are the red ones on the top left of the certificate or is it the
actual birth number needed? And is the date wanted the one stamped at the bottom
from when I got it last year?

2.Do I send the copies of the divorce papers and birth certificate etc. with the
I-129 form?

And also On part 2 of the I-864 it asks why I am filing this affidavit of support. Do
I check the one that says I filed/am filing the alien relative petition if it is for
a fiance'? Thanks again....Sheila

That line is for people that check the "naturalization" box.

Yes. You have to prove you are a US citizen and able to marry.

Actually NO NO NO NO... You don't file I-864 for a fiance, you file I-134. You
will file I-864 after marriage.

And, this I-134 is NOT filed with the I-129F, it is given to the consulate at the
interview.

In at least one country, you don't even need an I-134.

What instructions are you following?
