Default spouse visa denial

Does anyone have experience with their spouse (newly married) being
denied a visa through 130 petition? There will be an appeal, but I am
wondering if this has happened to anyone. He is abroad, she in the US.
thanks!

I'm sure it happens, appeal would depend on why it was denied, could be any number of reasons from not a financial sponsor, having a criminal record or not disclosing anything like that.

Then provide it.

Things like wedding photo's, flight tickets for honey moon, utility bills, things with your names together on them, that kind of thing.
