Does anyone have experience with their spouse (newly married) being
denied a visa through 130 petition? There will be an appeal, but I am
wondering if this has happened to anyone. He is abroad, she in the US.

Thanks..they are saying they want more evidence it is a real marriage.
Appeal is permited...

Appeal is permited...
Things like wedding photo's, flight tickets for honey moon, utility bills, things with your names together on them, that kind of thing.
