Spouse application after GC approval
We married 4 months ago after my husband submitted his 485, and we
decided to apply for me after his is approved. He just got GC a few
days ago.
The situation is that I am on F1 status, expecting to graduate next
May. If I start AOS, can I apply for EAD and Advance Parole? Can I
apply for AOS, after all, as a F1 graduater?
