Sponsorship for Spouse
Senario:
Wife and 2 children (under 21 years old), British but naturalized to USC (youngest child USC by birth). Living in UK and want to move to USA. Husband British citizen. Wife does not work so can not sponsor through employment income. Can show some assets. Husband will be 'bread-winner' and work in USA. I'm thinking that sponsorship will be impossible without the USC Wife having a job/regular income. Can anyone advise? |

And not unless you don't have the qualifying assets. Check the poverty guidelines for a family of 4 and then multiply your assets by (not sure if it is still 5 for outside the US or 3) |
