Where can I find the latest form? Also, does anybody know if Hong Kong consulate requires it. Since it is the weekend and we are time constrained, I can't wait till Monday to find out cause my fiancee is sending documents this weekend.

I might just ask him to sign it just in case and would appreciate if anybody could tell me where I can find the latest form.

Sorry to bug everyone on many questions today but I just want to be thorough. It's taken our K-1 through Vermont 6 months to process and anymore delays are going to be very hard on us.
