son's birth certificate
My husband and I will be filing for an adjustment of status to
permament resident in NYC. In the forms we received it states that we
need the birth certificate for his children. He has two sons from a
previous relationship, but we are not filing for them. Is it
necessary to include in our paperwork their birth certificates?
