Default Some Help please

Hello floks,

I posted yesterday a question asking about the Aiffavit of support, My hubby left his job this year and he didn't get a new job yet, he paid the tax of last 3 years, I wonder what he needs to submit all the papers so he can get it notrized. Please provide me with all imformation you have about I-134.

Thanks in advance.

Btw, we got the packge 3 since 90 days, and we couldn't submit all the papers till now, the only paper I still need is the I-134.

some helps might make us togehter again.

Regards,
Light

the problem is that he does not have income from an employer if he has not job right now. income can be also assets or property. the whole supporting thing is not about paying taxes, but about having income - that is a big difference.

if he has no chance to get a job real soon, how about a co-sponsor?

yes, it would be ok. not sure how it is with k-3, but with k-1 the usc must be sponsor even if the income would be zero. i guess it is not differant with dcf, k-3, i-130

I don't think that the tax returns need to be notorized. We've not done AOS yet, but I don't see a reason to get them notorized. Just sent in the form to get the tax transcripts.

Just a question, are you asking for AOS or a K1/k3 interview?
