I have a small problem.

My fiance is in the Phillipines and she was working in a foreign
country for about 6 months. I just sent her the papers to fill out,
but she was unable to find the name of the company that she
worked for in the foreign country or the address of her residency
there for the G325a biographical information form. Is it important
to have the exact name and exact location of this information?

Also, her agency went on to say that she has a 3-yr contract
with them for work detail, but she said that she never signed
anything saying that. Would this cause a problem? The agency
doesn't have contact with her now, but does the BCIS check
into all of this, and could this possibly cause some problems?

I'm trying to figure out how we are going to find out the
information for the foreign country without putting us
into some sort of major situation. Anyone here deal
with the process through the Philippines? Any input
that could be provided would be very much appreciated.
