It depends on what country she's from. If the country is part of the visa waiver program, then she should just be able to travel here without a problem.

If not, then there should be info about how to obtain the required visa on the US Embassy/Consulate web page for that country.

Just an FYI, my husband has a friend who is a Swedish citizen (Sweden is part of the visa waiver program) - but he couldn't just come into the US because his country of birth (korea?) was NOT a part of the waiver program.

I think it is more a case of your sister having to do the paperwork as opposed to you doing it for her. What country? I think she will have to apply for a Visitor's Visa at the U.S. Consulate if your country of origin does not participate in the VWP.

All I could find out was that you entered with a B-2 and adjusted
status. I couldn't find out from where you came. I am going to take a
leap and guess that your sister does not live in a Visa Waiver Program
country. In that case, she would also need a B-2 to visit, and she would
have to prove that she has ties to her home country and will not try to
immigrate to the US. If this is the case, then the process for her to
get a B-2 should be the same or similar to how you got a B-2.

She would apply for a B-2 visa. That is a visitor visa.
I don't understand how this would differ from the B-2 application that
you used to visit the US.

The only difference may be if the embassy knows that her sibling entered on a B2 and did not return. It is unlikely they will grant it to the sister, as they will assume she is going to do the same thing.
