Default Signature: which name should I use?

My wife came to the U.S. on a K-1 Visa and we were married. She
completed all the AOS application forms and used her new married name
in all last/family name fields. However, she signed all the forms
with her maiden name. Will this cause any problems?

If she signs everything with her new married name, the INS will not be
able to verify her signature with the one she has in her passport.
This is driving me crazy. Any information is appreciated. Thanks!

Yes it might well cause problems. Have her sign it in the name she will be using day in and day out from this point forward. They don't verify signature. The photographs you submit will be the verification that she is the person she claims to be.
