Should I go in person or just download I-129F?
Is there any benefit in going to the INS office to pick up the forms
or is it just as good to download them and mail them in?
Thanks again,
Osman

Download them. That is why they put them online.
Why spend time and money going to the local BCIS office if you can
download and print them from home?

Unless you're one of the 6 people that still own a typewriter...
Download them. They're PDF files, you can complete them with Acrobat. Easy to print, easy to save copies for your files.
The BCIS will give you paper forms.
If you want, you can request paper forms by mail via the BCIS website. They arrive quickly and you also get some handy stuff for reference. The PDFs are much more convenient, though.
