Setting Up Your Own Business

Hi Folks,

Can anyone offer any guidelines on doing this? Can this be done an an H4?

Would appreciate your help/ comments.

If I were you, I'd check the USCIS website to see the restrictions on an H4.

Don't know if you could set up one, but you wouldn't be able to work for it on an H4...as for setting up a business, that will also depend on which state your in...
