Sending K1 application

I thought it was ok to send our K1 application in while I was in the US on
holiday then return home. However we saw on one site that we shouldnt do
this. Can you confirm either way please.

Hey Dave,
We sent our K-1 application last year when I was in US for three months and
even got
1st NOA before I left. So there is no problem to send papers out to your
Service Center
while your in States

We sent our K-1 application last year when I was in US for three months and

Hi, Dave. My fiance and I filed our 1-129F petition while he was here on a 90 day Visa Waiver. He arrived early November, proposed the end of the month
and we sent our petition off about three weeks, after that. We were told by the INS that filing for the K1 Visa was fine, so long as he returned home to England. We were just approved last Monday
