Default Self-Employed...Please Help!!

Hello, I am new to this forum so please bear with me. I am a British citizen and for the past year I have been self-employed, I am 21 years old and my profession is football (soccer) coaching. I earn my living by holding weekly coaching sessions at local schools (after school hours) where by each parent pays a small fee per session.
This year I have been given the opportunity to work at a childrens summer camp in the U.S for 3 months. The director of this program is sending me a contract so i can apply for the required visa. During the 3 months in the states I will be employed by the summer camp not self-employed.
I am now wanting to return to the U.S after the 3 months are up to work once again in and around schools as a football (soccer) coach. I am also looking to make this a permanant thing.
Well I need to know what visa I need to apply for to live and work in the U.S as a self-employed person? I have only found information about self-employment and putting $1million into the state? I don't have that much money and will only be earning enough to live and pay bills with.
Also any information on finding relatively low cost apartments/houses for rental will be apprieciated. I am doing all of this by myself so I will be very grateful for your responses.

That is the only way to do it.

There is no temporary status which would allow you to work in the U.S.,
self-employed as a soccer coach, and there is no permanent category which
will allow you to obtain permanent resident status based on that kind of
employment. See http://www.americanlaw.com/niv.html,
http://www.americanlaw.com/employ.html.

Even if you had the money, it seems far-fetched that you could immigrate
that way, based on soccer coaching. You would have to create at least 10
jobs for U.S. workers for a duration of at least 2 years.

The indians do this all the time. For example where I live, they took over
two Quiznos, fired all the white and hispanic employees and brought
in all indians. I don't think they are aware discrimination is illegal in
the
United States.

they're probably here on h1b's, using fake companies and fake resumes. Plenty of fancy name basement IT shops get visas for indians. The IS never actually goes to the company to even see that it even exists!

Than 6 years later -- they pay another guy in indian to file for another h1b with the same name. He gets it, gives fingerprints, then mails it to the guy back in the US. Now he's good for another 6 years. The indian IT folks have got it down to a science.

you SUPERNAV AND JEFF DAVIS . in all your messages previously for 2
years you were pulling h1b indians into picture. but you know what,
you are helping reduce INDIAN BRAINDRAIN INTO USA. India is the second
largest SOFTWARE PRODUCT Manufacturer. This means we neither depend on
H1B nor we need software outsourcing from USA. If only the current
outsourcing is reduced, India will soon start making and selling
software by itself and not under US brand names.

India indigenously already manufactures leading ERP and EDA softwares.
There is no braindrain among the business school candidates thats why

We get our cheap products from China and cheap brains from India.

I'm surprised you were able to read the "statistical proof".

If you are going to work in a country, at least learn the language.
Do the Americans have to train the Indians in English as well as the
job.

By the way, don't you have a Quiznos to take over. Fire all the American
employees, and then bring in your family?

First, there is no indication that some "race" has better
brains than others. Second, Indians are verly closely related
to the people of Europe and near east and even if there were
clusters based on race, they would fall right there with
the "white people".

The American republic made productive men from criminals sent
here by the british. The Indians are really "smooth" coming
from a place where you have to push and shove to get on a bus, (I have been there once and it's a sight to see)

But, so what? Let them come and in a generation they
will be like the guy who ran and alomst won in Louisiana.
Indians are heir to a great civilization, the Cast system mainly
and not population is what prevents India from fulfilling
its potential. Indians are amongst the most racist
people in the world. Racism has permeated its very soil,
the oppressed themselves have accepted their status.

But,
It is not the Indians or the Jews or blacks or Mexicans
you should focus on and who threaten the American experiment.

The criminals of Enron were
not Indian, the wall street thieves are hardly Mexican and let's
not forget most illegal workers are hired by good old Americans
who disciminate against low wage native workers and
break the for profit.

The plutocracy has a way of getting you chase your tail by
the focus on race. So they can keep doing it to you.
I have seen on this forum calls to kill
poor illegal workers who come here to escape poverty but
how about the reason they come? why not shoot the cause?
Those who hire them for cheap and treat them like slaves.
Now they have a plan:
work here and spend your youth away from
loved ones, then we'll collect the fruits of your labor and
then kick your back to Mexico, thank you very much for being
our "guest".
I don't understand how the republican party has managed
to fool the "solid" south to vote for it, the party that crushed them for the commercial interest of the north? How poor
whites and blacks remain divided while they are the
citizens of the same states with common interests, common
destiny.

America stands at the apex of secular humanism, and the supremacy of the individual over all collectivism.
The government is delegated that portion of the individual's
rights as essential and no more. Tyranny, governmental
or private, exercised by a police state or by more
sophisticated methods of plutocracy are the
paramount obstacles to the freedom of the people.
Jefferson forsaw the dangers of industrial plutocracy
but no remedy other than a fantasy of free farmers.
It was not to be. The rise of the
federalists, the Wig and the republican party is of course
history...

Focusing so hard on race and ethnicity is un-American;
worse, it's a distorting prism that leads you away from
the real ills of the nation and the ideals of the republic.

Indian Brain. Let's ponder this for a moment. The intelligent Indian has
managed
to populate a country one third the size of the United States with one
billion people.
Oh yes, these are the brains we want coming into our country. With all the
irresponsible
breeding going on, I'm surprised Indians have the time or funds for school.
I also find it odd, that if Indians are such computer geniuses, why are
American
programmers training the Indian programmers prior to losing their job.
I have to admit though, Indians are smart enough to get out of their shit
hole
country.

In your english language :
If "put" is pronounced as put why is
"but" pronounced as bhutt and not as but??

Its very difficult for us to learn a language which doesnt have any
proper grammer and totally without any constructs.

Post some messages on Indians and their english , my vision is indians
shouldnt learn any unconstructed languages as even our tribal
languages have better grammar [We have 250 languages and out of which
even one doesnt share or steel even a single alphabet from each other
, unlike other european languages which are just a twist and turn of
one base language. ].

These three has to be eliminated.
H1B [To avoid indian braindrain].
Outsourcing [To improve our "Made in india " Products ]
english language[so that we dont have to read these groups.].

If only ford had initially outsourced the work to Japan there wouldnt
have been a Toyota or a Honda.
Indians learnt english thats one of the biggest mistakes of all
time,Hats off to China and Japan in that respect.
You are telling about americans teaching indians and richness of
america , the diamonds in one pillar of tajmahal is valued more than
your twin towers put together, they teach us bcos there is no hope
teaching people like you . As if you teach for our benefit ... huh!!
