San Jose N400 goes processing date mves back (again)

San Jose N400 goes processing date mves back (again)
I just looked at the update on the uscis.gov for the San Jose area
(attached below). The date for the N-400 application looks=20
totally bogus (it goes way backwards compare to previous report).
Anybody has any info on what is going on?
