Default San Jose N400 goes processing date mves back (again)

I just looked at the update on the uscis.gov for the San Jose area
(attached below). The date for the N-400 application looks=20
totally bogus (it goes way backwards compare to previous report).

Anybody has any info on what is going on?

The previous report was less than honest
But wait!!! That can't be -USCIS is always truthful, and polite, and helpful, and prompt....
