Has anyone who is married to a Russian had to help his wife renew her
Russian International passport while here in the USA? My wife's passport
expires in June and we are in Florida. The Russian Embassy in Washington
D.C., who handles our geographic area, never answers the telephone. We're
reluctant to just send her passport and documents through the mail without
having a contact person to address it to.
Has anyone been through this process?
Thanks...

You just need to keep calling, not that they never answer the phone.
