I don't think it's unbelievable. This is immigration and they seem to be able to do as they want to.

They do! And it's something we should work to change by demanding accountability.

But this stuff over using a return ticket as a single is a non issue.

No... it's not immigration! They have *no* interest in whether or not he has a return ticket. They might if he was coming for a visit... but he's not. He's got a K-1 visa, and that means he's staying in the US.

I agree with the others... this is totally a non-issue!

I was worried about the airline as well but I guess loads of people don't use their returns. I just want him ti get here with no problems!

Just don't use the return portion. You aren't obligated to notify anyone.

Thanks Rene. He'll be here in just over a week and I am really stressing. It's stressfull enough getting married never mind getting married and having to deal with immigration! It seems like quite a few people have bought roundtrips with no problem so hopefully we will be ok.

Keith came through JFK with a return ticket and a K-1. Immigration couldn't care less.

I suppose if you were really worried about the airline, you could cancel the credit card and get a new number
