Default RFE's and timeline W/ CSC

I returned my RFE to CSC about 2 weeks ago. Does anybody have recient
experiance with the CSC on how long it takes to process the RFE. Also
how long it takes to finish processing the I129F patition after
recieving the RFE.

Well, I've been waiting for my 2 NOA since July 3rd. After writing 5
letters, and sending 3 faxes, they have yet to respond to me.

I hope you have better luck.

Our experience with our RFE from CSC is as follows.....
1st NOA - Aug. 12
RFE Received - Oct. 18
RFE Reponded to - Oct. 18
Faxed an inquiry -Oct. 25
CSC e-mailed saying they hadn't received information on November 9th
and we could fax it to them which we did on November 9th.
Online Status was updated on November 11th to say they received our
response on
November 9th. Still waiting

Oo-er, I'm scared now. I thought after two months, the INS wouldn't need to send an RFE, as they had all the info they needed. At least that's what I tried to convince myself of!! We've been waiting for over two months for TSC, and still no word of approval. Looks like I'll have to get my head out the clouds!!!!

My RFE was for addition divorce documention. Even though I sent the
correct info. the clerk did not understand it. So my attorny
re-submitted it with a
new notirized copy of my divorce decree and a legal explination.
