RFE on I130 -Does this affect K3?
My husband's K3 interview is on Sept 7th. The pending I130 was given
an RFE today. Will this affect his interview for the K3? Will this be a problem at the POE? This whole process has been a nightmare and it's not getting any better. Please, if someone knows the answer to this, I need help. Jacque-n-Mohammed 10/1/02 Married in Jordan 3/8/03 Lawyer finally sends I130 4/18/03 Lawyer mistakingly send K3 to Neb :| 11/5/03 K3 finally gets to MSC 3/8/04 RFE on I129f for missing paper (dark day) 5/24/04 Approved I129F 9/7/04 Interivew 8/26/04 Uh-oh RFE on I130 |
