My NOA1 is dated January 10 ,2003 ( for I-130 ) and on
August 8 , we received an RFE ( they want another copy of my daughter's birth certificate ) and we sent it back to Vermont around the 2nd week of Sept but it was not until Sept 26 that they gave notice of receipt and then they said it's gonna take them 210-999 days processing our case blah blah blah ... A week later , they chaged it from 30-90 days ( during the recent computer glitch at BCIS ) . I was really getting excited but then another week came by and here comes another changes . It's now taking them 150-9+++( forever ) processing our papers .

Does any body in this forum had a similar story ? From the date of the receipt of the RFE , am I really gonna wait another 150 ( till lord knows when ) for my papers to be approved? :-( :-(

I have seen people post to forget about what number of days it says.. generally speaking when you get an rfe and send back your stuff.. it usually takes a couple weeks for them to process the new info.. your case is open and just awaiting what they asked for..

so , if you sent it back a couple weeks ago hopefully you will get an answer soon..

I guess I'm just drained out today. Hopefully , I'll get my chin up again tomorrow . Oh Dear God , please let me see a bit of light at the end of the tunnel
