Default RFE envelope too small - what do we do?

Hi,

We are all ready to submit the documents of our RFE.

But the Envelope is too small to send in our proof of relationship.

What do we do? Can we write or cut paste the envelope address on a bigger envelope and mail it?

I am worried. As the Immigration website says “ Use the envelope sent along with the RFE.

Also, Is it OK to send more evidence than they asked for?

For example, I have sent my fiancé copies of my passport and Birth Certificate. With a covering note. And lots and lots of pictures. I am widow. My apssport has my late husband's name. But does not indicate that he is Dead.

The K1 Tour has been is stressful from the time we started. Need help. Please.

Thanks

Put all your documents in a big envelope. But paste the whole RFE envelope on the top of this big envelope as the address. Yes, you have to submit with the RFE envelope. Or else they would not know what to do with your document. At least that is what I will do. If I remember correctly that is what my parents did when they had to send some information for RFE.

Of course you should always send more rather than less when it come to BCIS now known as USCIS.

If your passport still has your late husband's name. Please add his death certificate as it would show that you are not still married to that person.
