RFE APPROVED in 60 days
I got a letter saying that my k3 was approved.
That means that exactly 60 days after my RFE date. :-)
I had sent a letter for expedited processing because of my wifes pregnancy.

I still have not been approved. Been waiting since 2/4. Last Touch date was 6/7.
But with my GC approval I am wondering what they are doing to keep changing Touch dates and not approving it.

When's the baby due?
Ps: By the way.. the I-129 petition has been approved, not the K3, the K3 visa will be hopefully issued at the interview

Well I checked again and my RFE was approved in 58 days :-)
But it did not help with my wifes pregancy since she is due any day now.
I am planning to go to India in August. This way I can do a Consular Birth report for the baby and get him/her a US passport. Hopefully by that time my wifes Interview date will also be set, so that we can all come back together.

You and I have the same NVC Recvd. date of June 10,2004.
Which embassy are you going thru. Mine will be the New Delhi Embassy.
If you want to schedule an early interview, I think a nice letter with a good reason might work. I am thinking of doing that myself.
