RFE on AP and Timeline
Hi,
We applied for AP on 09/02/2003, got rfe on 11/25/2003, replied and received by INS on 01/06/2003. and here is the info on the web site:
On January 6, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 30 and 60 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.
Is anyone have any experience about how much time it normally takes after rfe is replied to INS.
