This whole process seems neverending already. I got a RFE today for
I-693 ( i think that was the number) basically the medical form. I
don't need a medical but they need a supplemental for immunisations.
Is this a seperate form, or do I have to see the doctor for him/her to
check my vaccine records? I'm confused
too much is happening right now and nothing seems to make sense any
more.
I'd be really glad of any input. Thanks in advance

The immunisation forms are issued by CDC and you cannot get them from the
INS web site. The approved doctors have them. I went through this recently,
you need to call the INS 800 number to find your nearest doctor. Make an
appointment and get the immunisations you need. From my medical in London I
was told I needed two injections, I didn't have any documentation showing
this and I simply told the San Francisco doctor what I wanted and he gave me
them and marked my form that I met all the requirements. No problem, except
I was $200 lighter.

I wqas told in London that I would need MMR and Tetanus. I went to my
doctor in England before moving here and she told me a was completely
covered. Also I will refuse to have a tetanus at this point in time,
even if they say I need one. I have documentation showing my last one
was in December 93. Which in my opinion means that I'm good for
another 12 months. Those shots make me so sick.
I'm sure that they just do this to get as much money out of us all as
possible.
