Request For Evidence, How Long does it take?
I received the RFE from INS concerning the Advanced Parole
application. I sent the requested information/document back on
11/29/02. I haven't heard back anything yet. The INS Case Status Web
Site has no updates either on whether they have received the
additional documents or not.
How long does it take for RFE (advanced parole) to get approved?
Anybody has similar experience? For RFE, does INS update the web
site to reflect the receipt of documents?
Thanks,
Jerry

An RFE for advance parole??? What did you write on the application form to
generate an RFE? AP is probably the simplest thing to get..
