Forever. You don't remove conditions at the local district office. You file for removal at the service center which in your case would be the CSC. How long they take can be judged by viewing any one of the websites which list the current processing times for the USCIS service and district offices. Check out Mr. Udall's site and/or the AILA site or Mr. Shusterman's site.

The answer is easy if you take it logically. Paul Simon.
You take the date of filing. You take the date the condition is removed. The time in between is how long it took.
You file with CSC first. Follow their processing times. Either they will approve it wouth interview OR it gets referred to San Jose for interview. Either way, CSC has finished their processing. BTW, you are not told if it is transferred for interview unless you happen to ask when you go in to get that temporary I-551 stamp extended.
Once it gets up to San Jose, a whole new wait begins.
If it is denied, don't despair -- you'll get to renew it in Immigration Court -- in San Francisco.

Yep. It always gets renewed there. Cuz then it's now the INS's job to PROVE it's a non-bona-fide marraige. Which shifts the whole tables now. Whic of course is really difficult for them to do.
Which is why ultimately most GC marraiges after all the hassle -- wind up getting made permanent. If you wait long enuff.

I have not applied yet for the removerl, but in th enear future I will. I just did not know that I have to apply in the CSC. Mist likely that I will have the interview. If my case is transfered to the SAn Jose office, does it mean that I have to wait anouther 1 year?
