Still nothing, no money has been taken. It’s now 3 weeks and one day. I sent the packet via registered post, I got a ‘signed for’ receipt and message that it was received. Is there a good way to contact them? My expiry date for GC is June 22, so worried as it’s close.

As long as it was signed for, they have the package. USCIS has slowed down in all aspects, so just hang in there.

I didn't send in my ROC paperwork until just a few weeks before my card expired, presumably they prioritize those who have left it to the last minute when they are busy. If they have sent you an NOA (I-797c?) then it sounds just like the usual tardiness we've come to expect where immigration is concerned!

Hey Scott. Have you had any luck with your conditions being removed yet on your green card and your check being cashed?

i am currently in the same situation being them not cashing my check either, and also having my conditions removed.

Hi Andy,

Yes it finally went through last week. Took about 4 weeks. Got the receipt and the money was taken. Waiting on biometrics appointment now. I think everything has just slowed right now, how close are you to your expiry date?

What was in part 4?
Thats good that you know it’s all getting looked at now.
I managed to renew my driving license today for another year, so that’s a big load off.

Part 4 is about the information about the U.S citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse. I marked box 1a but like a idiot I forgot to fill in the information about my spouse lol.
Yep DL is the next thing on my list to get renewed as well.

Florida not only issues driving licences to anyone with a pulse it doesn't cap the licence length on CPR's, which is nice, not like them to miss a trick when it comes to grabbing monies off drivers!

Biometrics appointment done - took all of 5 minutes from walking in to walking out, very impressed.
Now just wait to see if there's an RFE or interview I guess.
