Hi,
I posted this on the USA site by mistake, it should have been on this one. After all this time I should have known better !!!
I'm preparing to send in my I-751 (married to a US citizen and have been here since August 2002)
I know this question has been asked MANY times, but I've just done a search and the MOST recent threads I can find go back to 2002.
Panic time, can anyone give me an extact list of what is required as evidence etc or point me in the right direction
Thank you.

Jeff is right. The instruction list for the I-751 has it all spelled out there. You can always look at the I-751 filing experience pages. It can be found under the AOS interview experience pages listed in my root post at the top of the forum.
As you know you will find ours under New York ;-)

I printed it all off and it seems to make sense.
I thought I'd read somewhere that I had to go through the I-864 thingy again, seems not.
Most of it seems straight forward, some of it could be a problem.
1/. My wifes credit it so bad and to build up my credit rating, car loans etc are in my name.
2/. She never changed her name on driving license etc.
3/. We have a joint account, but also separate bank accounts, that's the way we prefer to run our finances, should that be a problem
4/. Joint tenancy agreement, no problem
5/. Wife is on my medical cover, so that's a "positive"
6/. Photos, my wife hates having her photo taken.
7/. I could probably get 50 letters from firends and relative swearing it is a "true" marriage.

Not a major problem. In our instance our cars have separate owners and separate loans to reflect that. What about your car insurance? Are you both covered under the same policy? If so, there is another form of proof.
Yep, the car insureance covers both cars and both to drive
You can have her change that now if she wants. It shouldn't take more than week or two for it to arrive in the mail if it is not given the same day. Also if her passport has her married name, that solves that issue of wanting to have identification in your married surname.
Her passport still has Luckett on it. I can get her to change her driving license.
We, too, had a joint checking but separate savings. Wasn't an issue for us.
Good
I'm with her but we did on two occasions "force" me to sit for a photo with Jim. Both were on separate vacation trips to Ottawa.
I could go out with a camera one day and several changes of clothing and drive around to different places !!
We only added the letters for overkill purposes. We had one from a friend in Massachusetts, a joint letter from my sister and dad, a letter from my oldest daughter, and for good measure I wrote one myself since I felt as a part of the marriage I was best served to detail the authenticity of our marriage.

Docs actually submitted were:
Joint checking account statement
Joint brokerage account statement
Joint utility bills (from 2 providers)
Joint tax return (state & federal)
We had planned to send in the joint tenancy on our apartment but forgot to include it in the packet.
So, in the end, we provided only
We didn't send in any photos or any affadavits. In our case, we didn't think it necessary.
