Default Removal of conditional residence

OMG !! I got the letter today, decision was dated 6/27/05 ... Notice of removal of conditional basis of lawful permanant residence. No questions asked, no requests for further info .. nothing !!!!

We filed a year ago in June so our I-751 took a year exactly. Now it says to obtain a new alien registration receipt card i have to appear in person in Detroit does that mean I have to make an infopass appointment ?

Totally amazed here

Jan

ohh by the way ... Nebraska SC for those who were wondering

Yaaaay, Nebraska!
Congrats to you, too, jan We're wating on them too, but have a couple of months to go.

Make an InfoPass appt and get on down for a new fingerprint and photo (did it say to bring your own photos?) to order your shiny new 10-year card!

It says to bring 3 full-frontal facial positions (passport style) photos in colour.
Will make infopass appointment as soon as my sons get their letters too, hopefully they'll be following along in a few days.

Hang on now I am pissed. I filed February 2004 and still haven't heard anything.
I did get my 1 year extension NOA but nothing since then.

Congrats!

I filed I-751 on November 21st, 2003 and I still haven't heard from Nebraska. Of course, Before they had a chance to hit my I-751 I became able to file my N-400 which I did. Supposedly now they're going to get done together. My NATZ Interview is 7/25/05 in Detroit, so we'll see what happens.
