removal of condition fees
I saw a recent posting from Carl Shusterman that has a different set
of fees from the ones that are on the INS website right now. His site
says $145 for an I 751 and INS says $105. What is right? We will be
filing on March 1, 2003

Rely on the INS web site. A few weeks ago (Jan 24, I believe), INS lowered
fees across the board by about 20% or so due to some strange change in the
law that had to do with the move towards the new Homeland Security
Department.
