hello all
I hired a lawyer to reopen my case after denial of I-485,and I attached a new AOS to the remotion to open, denial was because lack of submitting a AOS on time"
1)should I fill an new application for a EAC or just wait for any INS reply, how long shoud I wait?
2)I'm planning to move down south how I'm going to change address to another ins office.
Thank you all.
