Here is what happened, I got married in 2000 and after 2yrs we got
divorce due to a very high spending habit of my USC wife. I even try
to go for counseling and seeing a shrink for 1yr. Meanwhile I filed
for the removal alone (waiver). In the meantime I meet a lady back
home while vacationing that we both are in love. Now can I get
married while awaiting for the removal on the condition.
Thank you,

I've had that scenario several times with clients. The issue remains the 'bona fides" of the marriage you obtained LPR on. IOW, follow your heart.

In your first post you were married three years. In your second post two years. Your now "true" love seems to be from your country of origin. Seems there may be an agenda here....hmmmm.

What do you mean?
Are you indicating your fiance is from outside of the US and you want to
get her a green card? If so, then you have a problem since you already
have a green card, and she would not be able to "follow to join" and get
a green card based on you getting a NEW green card, since you do lose PR
status when going from CPR to LPR status. So, if she is trying to get an
immigrant visa to enter the US, she will have a long wait, since your
divorce means you must meet the 5 year requirement to file for
citizenship, and there is a long delay (over 5 years) if a PR sponsors a
spouse.

You've got me confused now. I thought you were ALREADY an LPR with the condition -- and you obtained the conditional LPR based upon marriage to a US citizen.
What has "following to join" to do with that?
Please clarify.

Almost two years after I received my conditional Geen card, my
ex-husband filed I-751 Petition jointly with me in Sept. 2002. We were
married then. But things didn't work out between us and we got
divorced later. I just got a letter from INS that they need an
interview to determine removal of Condition. I am very scared. Because
it's been 1.5 years after we filed petition and we are now divorced
(out marriage lasted 3.5 years).
I will bring, amd I have plenty of the proof of our bodafide marriage,
a affidavit letter from my ex-husband stating he was the one was not
so ready for a married life... we went to consulor for help... But
just being there bymyself will be the reason of deny my PR? I've heard
that's the case because the interview letter indicated that "you and
your spouse are required to be at INS Office....".
How things will go and how it will work? Do I need to file a waiver
there?
Please let me know from your legal working experience.
Thanks a lot.

My understanding is that you need to refile if you get divorced.
