regarding having a ref from ins for k3

regarding having a ref from ins for k3
Has any one got ref for k3 before ......we got one on 4 th of this month for our k3 ......its becos of form325 A and my wife pic it took untill thursday to get the receipt to know what ins wants ....we checked online and it said they have mailed receipt for additional evidence on 4 th ...we noticed that online on 6 th .....we tried the phone number of the missouri service center all along untill we got the receipt all in vain .....in between mailed a form 325A to chicago.....finally my wife got the receipt mentioning my form 325A was missing and her pic not proper
so she had mailed both our form 325 A and both pics of us ......she took one new at US .....i have mailed mine earlier both pic and form 325A earlier along with my christmas present ....so it was now giving good helping hand to my wife ....she has mailed every thing by friday ................
so any idea how long will it take for the approval ...............my first noa for k3 is 24 th sep .....still waiting for 2 nd noa
god knows when we would get the approval
any idea would be of great help to us

My first NOA for my
k3 is june 17th. On december 18 i received an RFE saying i didnt
enclose my marriage liscense or translation (which i know i did). this
was after over 200 days. it only took 4 months for my i 130 approval.
I returned my RFE information and the online status says since they
had already looked at our papers it should only take another 30 days.
You should be hearing something in the next couple of weeks. if not
get your congress person involved. i have. they check on mine every 2
weeks or so. holpe this helps good luck.

i have k3first noa 31st may got 24th sept rfe send them th requested papers
which i did send them in the original package,on 12th nov had second rfe,then
send the=m the requested info which they recived it on 22nov havent heard
anything yet called my congress man on 6th jan still no reply

I'm sorry, maybe I'm missing something but if you have an I-130 why
wait for the I-129? Get your Green Card instead of doing K-3 to AOS
to GC!

I'm sorry, maybe I'm missing something but if you have an I-130 why
wait for the I-129? Get your Green Card instead of doing K-3 to AOS
to GC!

francisc, my husband and i are going for the i 103 but i still want to
know whats going on with the k3. after all we all paid for these
papers. perhaps the k3 may still get to the embassy in cairo before
the i 130. we have been married for over a year now and would just
like to have this over so that we can be together. i hope now you see
where im coming from.
