Received Packet from NVC (I-864,DS-3032 etc.),what to do next?

Received Packet from NVC (I-864,DS-3032 etc.),what to do next?
Yesterday we received a packet from NVC about I-130 application,contents below files:
DS-3032 release of federal tax data I-864 affidavit of support check list for I -
864 check list for I- 864a I- 864 attachment I- 864a contract between sponsor
and household member I- 865 sponsors notice of change of address cost of I - 864
is $ 65.00
What we heard is,after we send these files back NVC,they will send us another packet
(DS-230),and money request US$330.00 in 2-3 weeks.
Because 2-3 weeks later I will be in China,my question is whether I can download
DS-230 and send with I-864 packet and US$65.00 and US$330.00 to NVC together.
Anybody experienced it pls confirm if only DS-230 and total amount US$330.00 are
contained in the next packet from NVC.
We have been waitting for approve of K3 from MSC for three months (1st NOA
05.28),nothing heard.Now we hope I-130 will be approved earlier than K3.

The Packet 3 that they will be sending you after you send in your DS-3032 will
contain more than the OF-230. This State Department page lists some of the other
things you will be getting in the Packet 3:

I'm not sure what else is in the Packet 3, but I'm also waiting for
it. I sent my DS-3032 back to the NVC 2 weeks ago and still have not received my
Packet 3. When I called NVC for an update two days ago, they said it takes 4 to 6
weeks from time of receipt of the DS-3032 until you get the Packet 3.
