Hi All,

I got my EAD in the mail, I had e-filed on September 3rd, approved on Dec
5th, and got the card in mail today (11th), pretty nice.

It is my third EAD and almost 2 years waiting for AOS. the darn thing is
that they did not set the start date to February 8th, as my old EAD was,
but they set it to the date they approved it. So They skimmed me of 2
months... as long as I get my interview before the december of next year,
I'll be happy.

I was too woried about making the same mistake as last year with the 90
days (90 biz days, etc) that I sent it 5 months in advance.

That's it, at least you know that EAD efile works...

Good to know it works. Funny that it doesn't save any time - 90 days
either way - but at least it saves you the trip downtown.

p.s. We just had our AOS interview in Chicago in Oct after a wait of 2
years 2 months (from K-1). So hopefully yours is just around the
corner! Then who cares when that EAD expires

I am sure the wait will be over sooner or later, just have
to wait.
