I am trying to check the processing timeline for MO SC. I see that there are 2 dates on my NOA:

Received Date: Jan 26
Notice Date: Feb 23

Which date do I use when checking the processing timeline online.

Are you sure? If that's the case then it puts me back a whole month. I guess I should stop looking for employment for now.

I was an H1B before I was layed off. You think I can start working on that basis, ask my new employers not to file for a H1B transfer (since I've already applied for a K3 status) and just wait for my EAD. Is that even legal? I don't want to do anything that'll hurt my AOS.

Not that it is any comfort to you but your timeline does perhaps tell me what to expect. You see I mailed my I-765 on February 28'th. They encashed my check on MARCH 4'th ( caps for Leslies benefit). So I suppose I may get my 1'st NOA within a week.

It seems that they are pushing the time limits to the maximum for K-3 EAD's. Hang in there. You aren't alone.
