I am Canadian and will be marrying a US citizen next week.
Due to my salary etc, I will be remaining in Canada, while awaiting approval
and possibly commuting afterwards.
My bf picks me up every weekend and returns me home every Sunday.
We have not files for a K1 but will file for I130/K3 once married.
I read a post from REC ( I think) about same situation. I am worried about
continuing to cross.
Question.... if customs does not ask ...ie 'what is your relationship?'
etc... must we/or should we volunteer the information?
