Default Quick question about form I-407

I am filling out form I-407, Abandonment of Lawful Permanent Resident Status. I have misplaced my Greencard document. For question 6(b), where it asks what documents are being surrendered, what should I write? Thanks.

Well, you are still surrenduring your I-551 permanent resident card. When it comes time for someone to actually collect the card, and you don't have it anymore, that's something else.

Greencard with an explanation of how, when and where you lost it, and who the loss was reported to.

Are you really sure you want to give up your status as a PR? Have you already left the US permanently... forever?

Indicate that you lost the I-551.
