Quick I-134 question
Hey everyone, I'm about to start the K-1 process, I am living in the UK & my fiance is the USC about to submit our I-129F. Just trying to get my head around exactly what we need to do after approval - I just have a quick question regarding the I-134 form...
I am assuming that my fiance will have to fill it out and provide the requested evidence, then does he send it to me for me to take to my visa interview? Or submit it elsewhere? Not sure if I missed something or if it is just unclear haha  |
Re: Quick I-134 question
You are right. He sends the original signed I-134, along with backup and tax returns, to you. You take everything to the interview.

Forgive me if I'm being dumb but how can he send the original if USCIS has it?

You don't send in the I-134 to USCIS, the foreign beneficiary brings it with them to their interview.
