Question on working when girlfirend comes over from London and we get married?, pcumming
Question on working when girlfirend comes over from London and we get
married?, pcumming
My girlfriend is coming over in a month from the UK. We have dated a while and talked
for a long time. She is going to move over here regardless of my intent. She has some
family here and also went to college.
I might pop the question a month or two after she arrives.
If we then get married immediately after the necessary medical tests with an
INS doctor:
1. What forms do we need to file?
2. Can she work right away after marriage or while forms are filed? Or does she
have to wait?
3. What has to happen next?
Notes: Her stay would only be set for 3 months on a non waiver visa.
She has a Social Security Card (nothing stamped on it that says cannot work, etc..)
