Question : Visa for Wife and kid. U.S. Citizen living outside U.S.
Hi,
I'm a U.S. Citizen living and working in Dominican Republic.
I'd like a visa for my wife so we can both travel to the states.
( same thing for our 4-year-old son )
Can I get a noninmigrant visa for her? ( FORM DS-156 )
I am concerned about question #37 asking about relatives that posses
u.s. citizenship ( can they deny the noninmigrant visa because she's
married to a u.s. citizen? ).
Well, I am pretty sure I can not apply for a inmigrant visa for her
because I don't even live in the U.S.
you see? I am kind of stuck here.
please help!
Thanks,
CJ.-

*She* applies for her own visa. If the child is yours, he may not require a visa.
