Question regarding aplying for a visa - please help
am already in the US and am planning to marry someone who is on Green card. Is there any visa that I can apply for when I marry him to stay in the US till he applies for citizenship and I can apply for my green card?

i asked becuase if she doesnt have a green card or is not a USC then i dont think she can apply for her spouse. dont you have to be a legal resident or something in order to apply for your spouse.
what do i know???

no.. and it will probably take about 6 years to move here unless he
