Default Question to new NOA1 holders...

For those of you who have submitted a i129f k1 application in the last 2 months
and HAVE received a NOA1:

Does your case type say

"I-129f petition for fiance/e / spouse"
or
"I-129f petition for fiance/e" ?

Thanks!

Awful,

If the NOA #1 comes from one of the 4 regional service centers it most likely says for fiance(e).

If the NOA #1 come from the NBC it most likely says for fiance(e)/spouse.

Regards, JEff
