Default Question for medical

My husband is going for his medical in London later this month. He had a TB vaccine as a child but it's not on the list of vaccines he has recIeived from his GP. does this matter?

I know that they do a TB test but it does not appear that there is any sort of requirement to have had a TB immunization...? If so does he need to prove he's had it somehow?

Thank you much

The US does not give the TB vaccination. Your husband will need an xray at the time of the medical to prove his lungs do not carry the disease. Since he has been innoculated, if he were to be given the tine test, it would most likely show as positive for the disease.

ah, thats what I was hoping - so its just the xray and nothing else? It doesnt matter that we don't have a record for it?

Thank you
