I recently received the second NOA for my spouse's K3 visa application. My spouse is
current in India. The NOA says that her K3 petitiion has been approved and that the
local consulate in India has been notified.

My question is:

1. what is the next step for me and my spouse, i.e. will the local consulate in India
contact my spouse or should be spouse contact the local consulate in India?

2. it has been about 2 weeks since we received the 2nd NOA, and we are simply
waiting for the U.S. consulate in India to contact my spouse. Hope we are doing
the right thing.

Please advise..
