That is more likely now that adjustments are so much quicker than when the K-3/4 was introduced.

I am assuming that parent's marriage took place at kid's age of 18 or over.

Yes, looks like they have just married this month, so daughter is 19 now.

I just started thinking about the 2 ways your post could be read and wondered... but that would be too evil. Let the K-4 in but NOT let them even apply to adjust?

What ever happened to Girona, whose son ran into the prob with AOS from the K-1? That's similar to what happened to them IIRC, but he was allowed to apply for AOS at least.

Hi:

K-1/2 is different from a K-3/4. The first does not need an I-130, the second does. That is why the analogy to the V-2 is more apt.
