A question on I-864
I'm currently at the stage of applying for AOS, and I'm a little confused about the I-864. I was asked to provide this (and accompanying evidence) as part of my K-1 Visa application, do I have to complete another one at this stage?

For the K-1 visa, you were most likely asked to provide an I-134 Affidavit of Support, not an I-864.
Either way....yes, the USC needs to do an I-864 in conjunction with your AOS.
