Have you ever applied for employment auth. from in the INS? My husband has the 90 day
EAD, which he rcvd. at Calgary. So do I answer yes to the above question. Which Ins
office? Since he rcvd. it at the POE, what would I put here?

No is the answer. The temp EAD is not counted.

Also, since I just went through this at the INS yesterday, your I-765 is considered a
"renewal", no a "permission" to work, as long as you are still "legal", meaning
within the 90 day period of the original EAD.
