Question on I-130 approval and I-485 pending
Hello all,
I-130 for my wife just got approved online. My wife is here on K-3 visa. Prior to the I-130 approval today, we had filed for I-485 (AOS) at San Antonio office and it is pending.
So, will there be a conflict? Do I have to file another I-485? What should I do?

Your wife can wait for the I-485 to be processed and have an AOS interview, or she can allow the NVC to start processing on an immigrant visa for her and go back home for a visa interview.
